Naridus Executive Coaching is best encapsulated as having a counselor in the traditional sense of the word—someone who advises and serves your interests. We do this from our foundational perspective of narrative, story, and identity as the means to answer any pressing individual development or organizational concern. Weekly in-person or virtual sessions up to 60 minutes each. Includes availability via e-mail, phone, or video for limited situational/at-need counsel/coaching. Outcomes tailored to self-identified (with worksheet assistance) individual or group needs. Also, as applicable, pointers to articles, noteworthy items of interest that are relevant and support the specific perspectives and needs of the client.
