Retreat and Excursion
Each Learning Journey has a retreat and an excursion component. The excursion component of the Learning journey offers travel, getaway, shoppes…. The excursion provides guided times of travel, exploration and relaxation, as balance and pause to the personal and moving retreat process. The retreat component of a Learning Journey is a highly reflective, facilitated process through which you free yourself from the exhausting and persistent want to be perfect and everything to everyone. It’s a time of discovery and rediscovery.
